Cut-off (5PM), meaning that all orders that are received before the cut-off are picked, packed, and turned over to our couriers for delivery within the same day.

Your customers usually get their orders:

  • Within 2-5 days for Metro Manila
  • 5-10 days for the provinces.


  • We will manage the returns process in cooperation with you. 
  • Normally, a customer will initiate a return by getting in touch with customer service.
  • Customer service may ask for more details to verify the validity of a return.
  • Once a return is cleared, the customer is instructed to send the item back to the warehouse.
  • We check the quality of the item once again, to see if it’s salable (e.g. return due to wrong size).
  • If it is, it’s restocked; if it isn’t we will await instructions from your end on how you want to deal with it.
